Groundbreaking and critical research is conducted in the Department of Experimental and Clinical Pharmacology. Our faculty are renowned experts in pharmacogenomics, drug metabolism, pharmacometrics, and several specific therapeutic areas.

Within the department there is a diverse portfolio of supported research projects with funding from government, corporate, and foundation sources. Faculty members regularly present important findings at national and international conferences, lecture and collaborate across the country, and hold leadership positions in national organizations.

Our graduate program offers M.S. and PhD degrees in an innovative, interdisciplinary program that trains students of the highest caliber to conduct research encompassing methodology from basic and clinical pharmacology perspectives.
