Continuing Pharmacy Education works with healthcare providers to create educational activities targeted to address gaps in knowledge, skills, strategies and performance. We leverage the expertise of faculty within the College of Pharmacy, other schools within the health sciences and health-related organizations.
Aligning Health Plan and Provider Strategies for Optimal MTM
This material has been designed by pharmacists in community pharmacy settings and in health plan settings. The overarching goal is to educate practicing pharmacists and pharmacy technicians on optimal delivery of comprehensive medication management, as well as documentation and billing, for high-value patient outcomes.
