The Rural Rx Alliance supports pharmacists and healthcare systems to integrate comprehensive medication management (CMM) into their primary care teams throughout rural communities in Minnesota.
Objectives
Through this alliance, pharmacists will:
- Partner with colleagues in order to serve as effective champions for integration of CMM
- Gain an enhanced understanding of the dynamics that influence administrative support for integration of CMM into rural primary care settings
- Receive support for incorporating the logistics of CMM services (contracting, billing, documentation, etc.) into a successful practice model

Meetings
- The group meets on a regular basis for one hour bi-monthly (every two months) virtual sessions.
- These meetings consist of group discussions, practice experts, and special presentations. The content is directed by the needs of the group.
- One-on-one coaching sessions or peer-partnerships are also available, to assist in navigating practice specific challenges and opportunities.
