Clinical Experience Statement
Dr. Westberg provides comprehensive medication management under a collaborative practice agreement with primary care and ob/gyn providers which grants prescriptive authority for most medications for chronic conditions. Pharmacy has a strong presence in the interprofessional care team, collaborating with physicians (including attendings and residents), nurse practitioners, nurses and other clinic staff to optimize medication use for women.
