Biography

Bio Summary

Dr. Jaber got his PharmD from Jordan University of Science and Technology in 2018 followed by a postdoctoral training in pharmacometrics in Dr. Brundage's lab in 2019. He received his PhD in Experimental and Clinical pharmacology with emphasis on pharmacometrics and statistics in December 2022. Dr. Jaber's research focuses on understanding and quantifying uncertainties in pharmacostatistical models. This uncertainty can arise and propagate from manufacturing, clinical trials or during the analysis. In addition, he is also interested in pharmacometrics methodology development and developing tools to facilitate pharmacometrics analyses.

Expertise

Pharmacometrics, nonlinear mixed-effects, optimal design, clinical trial simulations, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, pharmacostatistics
