Kayla Rand
Kayla has quickly established herself in health economics and outcomes research, completing a fellowship and gaining industry experience early in her career. Since graduating in 2020, she has been a dedicated mentor to UMN students pursuing careers in the pharmaceutical industry. As AMCP Chapter Diplomat, she’s contributed to the national AMCP membership committee and remains active in organizations like ISPOR and IPhO. Kayla’s commitment to the College of Pharmacy and the profession is evident in her support for students, especially those pursuing nontraditional pharmacy paths, fellowships, and managed care residencies, all while thriving as a young professional.
