Biography

Bio Summary

Ya-Feng (Jay) is currently a Clinical Pharmacologist at Gilead Sciences. He supports clinical development in the oncology area, including protocol planning, study execution, and pharmacokinetics and pharmacogenomics data collection and analysis. Ya-Feng also uses modeling and simulation to conduct population pharmacokinetics-pharmacodynamics analyses to support dose decisions in clinical trials and real-world evidence to facilitate drug development. In addition, his research interests include pharmacogenomics investigations and clinical implementation of pharmacogenomics in special populations, and microbiome contribution to drug effects.
