Biography
Olivia Buncher joined the College of Pharmacy in 2014. She received her B.A. in Communication from the University of Minnesota Duluth and her M.A. in Student Affairs Administration from Michigan State University. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development at the University of Minnesota. Prior to joining the College of Pharmacy in 2014, she held roles in undergraduate and graduate/professional admissions at Case Western Reserve University and the University of Wisconsin - Superior. Her research interests include organizational culture in higher education, with a focus on the ways that organizational structures, norms, and practices shape workplace relationships.
