Bio

Dr. Ricco is a Strategic Initiatives Lead at the Univesity of Minnisota College of Pharmacy, where she manages project teams to accelerate the advancement of strategic priorities of the Dean. Dr. Ricco serves as Program Director for the PGY1 Pharmacy Residency and the College of Pharmacy, a large multisite program, which focuses on the practice of pharmaceutical care in ambulatory care settings.

She obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy from North Dakota State University and Master's in Population Health from the University of Wisconsin, and has extensive experience in ambulatory care pharmacy, research, and pharmacy education. Her professional journey includes clinical practice, practice development, residency training and research in hepatitis C care and medication access in underserved populations. She is a Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist.
