Steven Buehler
Steven Buehler graduated from the Minneapolis Campus of the Occupational Therapy Program. Steve, co-owner of SMB Disability Solutions in Rochester, Minnesota, demonstrates exceptional leadership and community commitment. His organization provides Adult Foster Care, Respite Services, Day Support Services, and Individualized Home Supports for adults with brain injuries, mental health conditions, and physical or neurological disabilities. Under his direction, SMB Disability Solutions fosters supportive, person centered environments that help individuals reach their full potential. Since 2011, Steve has been a valued educational partner, hosting Level 2 Field Work students and more recently Level 1 and Capstone students. Steve exemplifies an innovative graduate dedicated to service, mentorship, and meaningful community impact.
Galina Dronova
Galina Dronova, holds BS degrees in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology (ASCP) and Microbiology, along with a medical technologist certification, and has extensive experience in laboratory science, research, process improvement, and training. Galina served with the Minnesota Clinical Laboratory Collaborative, where she advanced from shadowing to chairing the group. In 2020 she completed the national American Society for Clinical Laboratory Science (ASCLS) Leadership Academy and now serves on the Minnesota ASCLS board. Galina is recognized for her commitment to advancing the profession, professional development and fostering professional connections.
