Honoring Ronald Hadsall and Donald Uden

A Celebration of Service: Advancing the Profession of Pharmacy & Inspiring Leadership honoring Professors Ronald Hadsall and Donald Uden was held May 2 at McNamara Alumni Center. Hadsall recently retired and Uden is in a phased retirement. The event was held to recognize their collective 75 years of service to the college.

“Ron and Don have made steadfast, amazing contributions over the years. They have both had a significant impact on countless professional and graduate students, fellow faculty members and staff,” said Dean Lynda Welage. “We are all grateful for their exemplary commitment to the college, the University and the profession.”

The newly created Hadsall-Uden Fund for Pharmacy Advancement represents the college’s enduring commitment to excellence in the areas of clinical and social and administrative pharmacy.

This endowed fund, created through generous philanthropic support, will advance the research of PharmD students, PhD students, and fellows in clinical and/or social and administrative pharmacy, encompassing the areas of pharmacy and health policy, interprofessional education, and advancing interprofessional practice.
