Dr. Keri Hager Inducted into Academies for Excellence

Dr. Keri Hager, co-associate dean for clinical affairs, Department of Pharmacy Practice and Pharmaceutical Sciences, has been selected as an inductee into the Academy for Excellence in Clinical Practice.

Hager’s clinical focus is on bridging care for individuals with opioid use disorder through comprehensive medication management across health care and treatment settings.Her practice, teaching, and research focuses on developing an interprofessional collaboration-ready primary care workforce to improve health of the community.

Induction into the Academy for Excellence in Clinical Practice is the highest recognition of excellence in the practice or provision of health care clinical faculty. Those selected have demonstrated their ability to deliver the highest level of clinical care through innovative techniques as well as demonstrated the highest level of ethics and professionalism throughout their career.

About the Academies for Excellence

Members of the Academies for Excellence are elected to lifetime membership in one of four academies: the Academy for Excellence in Health Research; the Academy for Excellence in the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning; the Academy for Excellence in Clinical Practice; and the Academy for Excellence in Team Science.
