Matt Just graduated from the University Of Minnesota College Of Pharmacy in May of 2012 with his PharmD He started as a part time staff pharmacist and part time consulting pharmacist with Thrifty White Pharmacy right after professional school and after 4 months of being a pharmacist he took over as PIC at the LTC pharmacy in Duluth. Six months later he transitioned into a full time consulting role for Thrifty White Pharmacy. He obtained his Certified Geriatric Pharmacist licensure in December 2014 and currently he is a Senior Care Pharmacist in the Duluth and Iron Range area. He also serves as a community member of the Stratis Health initiative on improving Transitions of Care.
