Summary
Samuel is currently a practicing pharmacometrician with Metrum Research Group. His role in the company is working as a strategic partner for pharmaceutical companies to plan and analyze clinical trial results using pharmacometric analyses such as population PK/PK-PD modeling and clinical trial simulations. He has worked in various therapeutic areas, such as neuroscience, inflammation, and oncology. Samuel frequently contributes to courses in pharmacometrics in the ECP department, and has been involved in the Minnesota Pharmacometrics Summer School since its inception in 2019. The topic of his PhD thesis was "Linking topiramate exposure to changes in electrophysiological activity and behavioral deficits through quantitative pharmacological modeling."
