Annual Pharmacy Gala

Approximately 215 students, faculty, alumni and friends attended the 12th Annual Pharmacy Gala earlier this year. The event raised up to $8,700 for the Michelle Mentzer Scholarship, which is named after a pharmacy student who lost her battle with cancer during her first year of pharmacy school.

“Our committee’s expectations were exceeded and we are so grateful for all of those who were able to enjoy the Gala with us,” said Kailene Perry, this year’s event coordinator. “We are especially grateful that the Mentzer family could attend this year and make the 12th Annual Gala that much more special.”

This year’s event was sponsored by Cub Foods, Century Mortar Club, College Board, Phi Delta Chi, and Kappa Psi.
