Our Ambulatory Care Residency Program requires a high level of dedication from its residents. Residents are granted a significant amount of autonomy in their positions, and often enjoy the freedom this allows them when making direct patient care decisions.
Along with this benefit comes a high level of responsibility. all residents are responsible for and evaluated against the following residency program goals. Specific residency experiences may have additional goals to those listed below.
