First Choice/Sibley Medical Center

Organization:
First Choice Pharmacy is an independent pharmacy.  We are located in the Sibley Medical Center Clinic.  We have a telepharmacy located in Henderson, MN.

Pharmacy Services:
We serve two communities, Gaylord is 2200 people and Henderson is 900 people.  I would like to expand services with this residency.  Right now we offer prescription services, counseling and help with Medicare D plans.

Site Coordinator:
Jill Reinhardt has been a pharmacist for 13 years.  She has worked retail pharmacy for 7 of the 13 years.  She and her husband have owned First Choice Pharmacy for 2 and ½ years.  This location is also a great place to learn the business aspects of owning and operating a pharmacy.
