Leading pharmaceutical care practice in the community through the advanced preparation of patient-centered practitioners.

Our Vision
Our residency graduates excel at providing patient-centered care in ambulatory care settings. While taking responsibility for ensuring safe and effective medication use processes in the environments in which they practice. They are experts in pharmacotherapy and reflective in their management of their practices. Program graduates value opportunities to mentor learners and advocate for the procession.

The Pharmaceutical Care Residency Program is recognized nationally for innovation in residency education and for the quality practitioners we graduate. The program serves as an instrument for pharmaceutical care practice development and as a key source of leadership at the academic-practice interface in Minnesota.
