Application Deadline: January 4, 2008

Eligibility: Doctor of Pharmacy degree (Pharm.D.), eligible for immediate licensure by the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy.

Criteria for Selecting Residents: Residents are selected based on their commitment to patient care as well as their dedication to advancing pharmaceutical care practice. Demonstrated involvement in a variety of professional activities is highly desirable.

• Academic Transcript
• Recommendations: Provide three recommendations from individuals with whom you have a professional relationship. For applicants graduating in Spring 2008, at least one of the references should be from a faculty member at the college or school of pharmacy from which you will graduate.
