Eligibility: Doctor of Pharmacy degree (Pharm.D.), eligible for immediate licensure by the Minnesota Board of Pharmacy.
Criteria for Selecting Residents: Residents are selected based on their commitment to patient care as well as their dedication to advancing pharmaceutical care practice. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Demonstrated involvement in a variety of professional activities are highly desirable and potential to express leadership in the profession.

- Recommendations: Provide three recommendations from individuals with whom you have a professional relationship. For applicants graduating in Spring 2010, at least one of the references should be from a faculty member at the college or school of pharmacy from which you will graduate.
