Children’s Place (UMD child care center)
Licensed to provide full-time care to 42 children between the ages of 6 weeks and the first day of school. The program provides quality, nurturing care, and educational experiences for young children of diverse backgrounds and abilities.

Environmental Health and Safety Office
Provides services to protect the health and safety of faculty, staff, and students as well as minimize the impact of their activities on the surrounding environment and community in accordance with state and federal regulations. Responsibilities include building evacuation, hazardous materials spills, indoor air quality concerns, hazardous waste management, lab safety.
