You need a total of 9 APPEs.

6 core APPEs:
Phar 7122 and 7128: Acute Care I and II
Phar 7123: Ambulatory Care
Phar 7120: Community Pharmacy Practice
Phar 7121: Institutional Pharmacy Practice
Phar 7126: Patient Care

and 3 Electives:
Non- Patient Care or another Patient Care (including Ambulatory Care)
