Pharmacy Services
The Pharmacy Department is staffed by two Pharmacy Technicians and a Registered Pharmacist. The pharmacy provides CCC with unit-dose medications three times a week. This amounts to over 10,000 doses of medication per month! The pharmacy provides medications to the hospital with 24 hour supplies daily and more for the weekends.

The pharmacy also provides IV medications as needed and is very active in the out-patient chemotherapy program here at BMC. There is great diversity in the pharmacy department, working with "age-old" aspirin to the new "high-tech" thrombolytic agents costing thousands of dollars per dose.
