Century Mortar Club

Whats Inside

Century Mortar Club logo

The Century Mortar Club has a 40-year history of working closely with the University of Minnesota College of Pharmacy. The mission of the club is to assist the College in its efforts to stay in the front ranks of American pharmacy education.

The 260-plus members include pharmacists and friends of the College who provide financial resources, time and effort for projects that will ultimately benefit pharmacy in all of its settings.

By providing the College input on what is required in today's fast-moving pharmacy profession, CMC members help ensure that students will graduate with the skills needed to excel in their demanding profession.

Co-sponsored by the Century Mortar Club and the College of Pharmacy, the four-part 2007 Conversations on Pharmacy Leadership series has featured "real-life" accounts from nationally renowned and locally established pharmacists. The February event motivated pharmacists and pharmacy students to create change at the grassroots level.
