Educating current and future pharmacists and scientists
In September 2011, Pestka attended the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) Congress held in Hyderabad, India.
“Attending the FIP meeting was a great opportunity to learn about international pharmacy and meet pharmacists from all over the world,” said Pestka.
A memorial event for former dean Lawrence C. Weaver was held on Friday Feb. 17, 2012, at McNamara Alumni Center on the University of Minnesota campus.
