Parking Solutions-The parking facilities located near the College of Pharmacy include: (pricing may vary)

  • Washington Avenue Ramp
    Located: Across the street from the College of Pharmacy.
    Hourly rate: $2.50/hour ($12.00 maximum per 24 hour period)
  • Oak Street Ramp
    Located: Three blocks from the College of Pharmacy
    Hourly rate: $2.50/hour ($12.00 maximum per 24 hour period)
    Off-peak parking rate: $5.00 for the first 24 hours only (available at the following times: 2:00 p.m.-7:45 a.m. Monday-Thursday, 2:00 p.m. Friday-7:45 a.m. Monday)
  • Huron Boulevard Parking Complex
    Located: Several blocks from the College of Pharmacy
    Daily rate: $3.25
    This complex charges a daily, flat fee and may be a better choice if you need more than short term parking.
    (Note: If you leave and return the same day you must pay again.)
    There is free bus service from the complex to Weaver-Densford Hall, where the College of Pharmacy is located.

Parking Meters - are located near the College of Pharmacy.  Rates $1.25/hour.
Most meters are now free on Sundays and official University holidays.

U-Pass - is a discounted bus pass. You receive unlimited rides for $50 per semester. Go to the U-Pass website, fill out the order form, send in payment. (You must have your U-Card and be a registered student to purchase a U-Pass.)

Travel Expense Reimbursement

University Forms Library. download Form 1612 "University Employee Expense"
Fill out the form as completely as possible and email the completed form to Joyce Reha (rehax001@umn.edu,.

Include the following information:

  • Justification for the expense including who, what, when, where, why
  • Budget to be charged
  • Number of frequent flyer miles earned and used
  • Whether or not you are a foreign national
  • Your contact information and University ID#

Bring "original receipts" for all expenses to the office with the form and keep a copy for your records.
